Caring is at the core of Amilia’s culture: for customers, tailored products, and colleagues alike. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation, this mindset shapes everything we do.
What you can expect:
At Amilia, we build tech that powers recreation and community organizations — and we’re growing. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help us shape the narrative of our platform, drive adoption, and bring measurable value to our clients.
You’ll lead the go-to-market strategy and messaging for key modules, collaborating with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams. You’ll connect deeply with customers through interviews and advisory groups, translate insights into compelling stories, and ensure every launch is impactful.
You’re a builder, a communicator, and a collaborator who loves turning customer pain points into product opportunity — and then telling that story in a way that lands.
You will be responsible for:
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
Own positioning and messaging for core product areas, grounded in real customer pain points
Partner with Product Design and Marketing to "show" the value of the product
Plan and execute multi-channel launches (emails, in-product, social, decks, webinars, etc.)
Enable Sales and CS with messaging, competitive intel, and objection handling tools
Track the competition and highlight Amilia’s differentiators
Customer Insights
Conduct interviews, research, and advisory groups to capture customer needs and feedback
Analyze product usage and translate insights into improved messaging and retention strategies
Build customer-facing materials that speak directly to real use cases and user personas
Product Collaboration
Work with Product Managers to validate and influence the roadmap with buyer and user insights
Support product discovery and beta phases with advisory group input
Help align product capabilities with GTM strategies and ensure clear internal communication
Job requirements
What we want from you:
5+ years in Product Marketing, ideally in a SaaS or sales-led tech environment
Track record of successful GTM launches and cross-functional collaboration
Strong communicator with the ability to simplify and synthesize complex ideas into punchy messaging
Comfortable with enterprise customers — from interviews to advisory groups
Data-savvy and able to turn data into actionable insights
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience with accounting software is a plus
Experience in marketing technology partners (Ecosystem) is a plus
French fluency is an asset
What you will get from us:
A competitive and progressive salary;
A group RRSP employer contribution up to 5%;
A group insurance for you and your family as well as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and telemedicine;
A $750 wellness allowance per year;
The possibility of working in the office or at home, and up to 3 months abroad per year *conditions apply;
A strong work-life balance: flexible hours, 4 weeks' vacation and 8 sick days yearly, and year-round mini-Fridays;
Skill development opportunities through engaging workshops, communities of practice, trainings, access to Udemy and opportunities to attend conferences;
Companywide and team bonding activities to connect with your peers throughout the year and weekly social activities to connect with your peers;
Weekly Bootcamp and Pilates classes for Amilians;
25% discount on annual membership for STM and EXO;
In-office snacks, including fresh fruit baskets, coffee, beverages, and free drinks.
