As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Talent & Culture Business Partner to help embed this culture into a human-centric employee experience, ensuring it remains a cornerstone of both employee fulfillment and the value we deliver to our clients. You’ll partner with leaders to translate business needs into strategies that drive engagement, growth, and performance.
You'll be responsible for:
Act as a strategic partner to managers, supporting them in building engaged, high-performing teams aligned with Amilia’s culture and values.
Translate business needs into actionable Talent & Culture strategies that drive performance, employee growth, and organizational success.
Design and evolve modern, scalable talent & culture programs such as but not limited: performance, compensation, DEIB, learning, workplace culture, systems, and compliance.
Own the employee journey, from onboarding to retention, ensuring every touchpoint is intentional, inclusive, and impactful.
Lead recruitment for Director-level roles and above, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition to hire leaders.
Leverage Officevibe and other tools to listen, measure, and take meaningful action based on employee feedback.
Support workforce planning and organizational design as Amilia scales, ensuring our structure and talent keep pace with growth.
Act as a coach and advisor to leaders, offering practical guidance on team dynamics, performance, change, and growth.
Manage employee relations with empathy and fairness, helping resolve issues in a way that supports both people and the business.
Lead cross-functional Talent & Culture projects, from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.
Job requirements
What we want from you:
5+ years of experience as a Talent & Culture Business Partner in a fast-growing SaaS (a plus) or tech environment.
A track record of thriving in growth-oriented environments, where adaptability, curiosity, and continuous learning are part of your DNA. You embrace challenges and see them as opportunities to grow.
Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of how Talent & Culture fuels business success. You care about your impact on people, on teams, and on company performance.
Exceptional coaching and advisory skills, with the confidence to guide managers, influence decisions, and help others thrive by being their authentic selves.
Change management expertise to help teams navigate transitions and build resilience through transformation.
A data-informed approach, turning insights into meaningful action. You take ownership of your work and see things through.
Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills; you're a connector who creates alignment and builds trust across teams.
The ability to think big picture while delivering with precision. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
Bilingual communication skills in English and French, with the ability to adapt your message to your audience.
