Our SmartRec platform is used by thousands of organizations to deliver better access to recreation, learning, and wellness opportunities—and the infrastructure that powers that mission needs to be as dynamic and scalable as the communities we serve.

We’re looking for an Infrastructure Automation Specialist to help us build and maintain reliable, secure, and fully automated environments. From development to production, you’ll play a key role in designing automation processes and infrastructure as code that accelerate delivery while ensuring resilience and compliance. If you thrive in complex systems, love writing clean, purposeful automation, and enjoy supporting the engineers behind meaningful tech, we want to meet you.

  • Enhance internal tooling and contribute to robust CI/CD pipelines that accelerate delivery.

  • Clearly document our systems architecture and deployment workflows for cross-team clarity.

  • Build and manage secure, resilient infrastructure with best-in-class practices.

  • Proactively monitor system health, dive into logs, resolve incidents, and keep everything humming.

  • Ensure our systems meet key compliance requirements (PCI DSS, SOC 2, etc.) — security is non-negotiable.

  • Stay sharp and ahead of the curve with the latest tools, technologies, and industry trends.

What we want from you:

  • DEC or Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

  • 3+ years in infrastructure, automation, or DevOps roles

  • Solid networking skills (Cisco IOS, ArubaOS-CX, Fortinet)

  • Experience with HCI and containers

  • Familiarity with GitOps, public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Have a builder’s mindset with a bias toward action

  • Solve problems creatively and pragmatically

  • Passionate about performance, quality, and user impact

  • Work collaboratively across teams

  • Communicate clearly and proactively in English, French an asset

What you’ll get from us:

  • A competitive and progressive salary;

  • A group RRSP employer contribution up to 5%;

  • A group insurance for you and your family as well as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and telemedicine;

  • A $750 wellness allowance per year;

  • The possibility of working in the office or at home

  • A strong work-life balance: flexible hours, 4 weeks' vacation and 8 sick days yearly, and year-round mini-Fridays;

  • Skill development opportunities through engaging workshops, communities of practice, trainings, access to Udemy and opportunities to attend conferences;

  • Companywide and team bonding activities to connect with your peers throughout the year and weekly social activities to connect with your peers;
