What can you expect:
As part of the product design team, you'll play a key role in shaping solutions that address real market challenges. With a strong passion for solving core product issues, you'll dive deep into understanding our users, developing a genuine empathy for their needs, and crafting outstanding experiences that truly resonate. You'll be their advocate throughout Amilia, ensuring their voice is heard at every step. While staying aligned with business goals, you'll contribute creatively and strategically to every phase of the product development journey.
You'll be responsible for:
Research & User Empathy:
Meet and shadow customers to understand market problems.
Conduct user interviews and usability experiments.
Analyze data to support decision-making.
Shadow front-line employees to gain further insights.
Iterative & Collaborative Design:
Conduct design sessions and test prototypes with users.
Collaborate with development teams to improve user experiences.
Align design with Amilia's long-term business goals.
Create wireframes, mockups, and sketches.
Participate in sprint planning and reviews.
User Experience Advocacy:
Contribute to the creation of tools for the benefit of the Product Design team (Design System, Figma components, work methodology documentation, etc.).
Coach software developers in the use of Product Design resources.
Promote design principles and best practices in user experience.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated by reading and sharing industry-relevant articles and blogs.
Attend and share insights from webinars on modern design practices.
Experiment with and suggest new approaches to improve processes.
Job requirements
What we want from you:
Minimum of 3 years in UX or product design.
Experience in design software (mostly Figma).
Experience in mobile-first and accessible design (WCAG AA)
Experience with Design Systems and AGILE methodology.
Bilingual (strong English and French skills).
Organized, solution-oriented, with deep empathy for users.
Experience in designing for enterprise SaaS is a plus.
